Nautilus Neurosciences currently has openings for Neurology Sales Specialists in the following territories:
- Houston North
- Northern Manhattan/White Plains, New York
Candidates with proven success in sales and an appreciation for a start-up culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and disciplined selling approach are invited to apply.
Sales Specialists will be selling CAMBIA, an FDA-approved migraine treatment that combines a time-tested compound with an innovative drug delivery technology. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate a strong desire and ability to sell in a complex competitive market, in addition to the ability to learn and discuss technical information at a high level. Candidates should also excel in applying proven business processes that lead to achievement of sales objectives.
Travel within assigned territory is required, including overnight travel, as necessary. Attendance at local and national meetings and training sessions is also required. Industry experience, specifically specialty sales is a plus, but not a necessity for the right candidate.
Specific Skills Desired:
Territory Management:
An entrepreneurial spirit that leads to viewing the sales territory as an “individual” business for which the representative has responsibility and ownership of results and resources
The ability to maintain accurate target lists to ensure key targets and KOLs are given superior service
Consultative Selling:
The ability to foster strong customer relationships that are beneficial to business success
The ability to profile and target key customers and respond to their individual needs
Must demonstrate strong and effective use of selling skills
Must be a confident and competent presenter to small and large groups as well as in one-on-one situations
Must make appropriate use of approved sales aids, studies, and third-party resources on sales calls
Strong demonstrated managed care knowledge leading to successful pull-through of sales
Planning and Strategic Thinking:
Must contribute to the business planning and budgeting of territory
Must identify and implement creative and resourceful mechanisms to overcome barriers to success
